Annual auction delivers a roomfull of bargains!

For our latest meeting we dedicated the entire evening to an auction of member’s surplus stocks, and this delivered some incredible bargains for most people in the room.

As you can see from the pictures below, members sat attentively whilst Steve Speak did a wonderful job of being our auctioneer for the evening, ensuring that a large proportion of the lots found a new home. With over 100 lots to get through he did a sterling job, and the society, which takes a small percentage commission on each sale, raised some funds towards club funds.

We would like to thank all our members who contributed by providing lots, bidding and buying on the material, and to Steve for his efforts on the evening.
